Dr Paul Joesbury B.Eng. (Hons), MBA, FCIPS 

 

Paul is a procurement transformation specialist with over twenty years of experience gained internationally within Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Leisure Vehicles, Local Government and Packaging sectors.

 

He is graduate engineer, with an MBA and completed his Aston University Doctorate (DBA) in 2016, where he undertook research into procurement effectiveness and procurement transformation.

His career includes the following,

• Group Purchasing and Supply Chain Director for the London Taxi Company (LEVC) – manufacturers of the all new Electric Taxi

• Chief Procurement Officer and Group Technical Services Director,  Chesapeake Packaging Ltd

• Commercial Director & Head of Service – Procurement, Commissioning and Transformation; Kingston upon Hull City Council

• VP Group Sourcing, TMD Friction Group Gmbh

• Senior Director of Purchasing, Exide Technologies

Paul often speaks at international conferences on procurement and has previously been a Judge for the Procurement Leaders Awards, as well as a speaker and chair of conference panel discussion at the World Procurement Congress
